It is not mandatory that a Coach wears your Gridiron Coaches Shirt every week. We do request coaches wear these the first few weeks of the season if possible. By wearing the shirts it does help our staff to that we can quickly get the kids over to their coach and also lets our staff know that we have done a background check and approved to be coaching.
As the season gets going, we do allow coaches who want to wear their team gear that aligns with their teams uniforms.
