Rules
- Games take place either in Week 8 or Week 9
- Normal Rule Book. Below are the few changes for playoffs
- Addition of an overtime period if the two teams are tied
- Mercy Rule - If a team gets up by 28 points the other team will have a chance to score. If they don't score the game will be called.
- Games are 40 minutes long running clock with TWO 20 minute halves. Half Time is 3 minutes.
- Play clock is 30 seconds and results in a loss of down
- The lower seed team will be considered the visiting team and should wear the white jersey. Please note that if there is a clear contrast between the 2 teams they may both wear their home jerseys. Example is one team is red and the other team is blue.
- All kids must play at least 50% of the game, no exceptions. To ensure this is managed properly teams in the playoffs are required to empty their bench on change of possession. Meaning if a kid is on the sideline they need to come in when the team switches over to offense or defense.
- Kids who sub in or out on 4th down should remain on the field. We want to avoid kids only coming in for 1 play and then going back out
