For any upcoming season, you can plan on seeing an email from your child's coach no later than Wednesday prior to your child's first session. We also ask all coaches to do a parent meeting at the end of the 1st day.
Timelines for hearing from your coach:
- 2 Weeks Prior to Season: Rosters / Teams and Schedules are released to all parents (Typically on a Monday)
- 1 Week Prior to Season: Coaches attend a in person coaches clinic and receive their final rosters
- Wednesday Prior to 1st Day: Coaches are asked to contact teams no later than Wednesday prior to their 1st session
- 1st Day: Coach / Parent meeting at the end of the 1st session
