We understand that plans for families can change between the time you enroll your child in a Summer Camp and as it gets closer to the actual start date.  In instances where you do need to cancel or withdraw we would like to encourage you to simply move to another session so your child can have that summer sports camp experience.

Refund Policy

  • Gridiron Football requires 30 days notice prior to the start of the camp.  In these situations we will do a full refund minus $20+tax cancellation fee. 
  • No refunds for the camp within 29 days or less notice.  Please see Medical Reason exception below.  
  • We can transfer you to another summer program or Fall Flag League for the current calendar year.  Registrations can not be carried over to future years. 

How to cancel:  Email support@gridironfb.com or click on Submit a Ticket at the top of this page.  Please include your child's name and the location of the camp.  

Medical Reasons for Cancellation

We understand that medical reasons may arise over the summer or even the day before your child is set to attend camp.  When this happens please notify us as soon as possible that you need to cancel.  For those within the 30 day prior to camp or No Refund period, we will ask that you send us a written excuse from your child's physician.  Once we receive that we will process a refund minus the cancellation fee.
